"The contest holder has requested a refund as they are not happy with any of the designs. This contest is a guaranteed contest, so I have suspended this contest as the contest holder has broken their guarantee to the designers".

On March 5, designer commented:

"After some corresponders with the 99designs about our poor situation here, I just got a mail from them that says that they refunded the contest holder, because a special situation."

On April 1, another designer comments,

"So much for the credibility of the "guaranteed" contest. Maybe there should be a new category: "Guaranteed - Sort of."
