When does a design contest actually end?
"Consider the wrap-up process"
When a contest 'ends' on Crowdspring (see how Crowdspring contests work) and a winning design is selected, work may not be over for the "winning" designer. Buyers are encouraged to focus on "finding the best concept" during the contest and to "worry" about "final tweaks" durings a post-contest process Crowdspring refers to as "wrap-up".
10. CONSIDER THE WRAP-UP PROCESS
Remember that you’ll have an opportunity to tweak your design during project wrap-up. crowdSPRING has specifically built-in a proof step in wrap-up and until you approve the proof, creatives will not be able to provide you with the final deliverables. So focus on the concepts during the project and worry about execution and final tweaks during wrap-up. Don’t worry about having the perfect design at the end of the project or the minutiae of details – you’ll have a chance to address those details and perfect the design during wrap-up. Focus your energies on finding the best concept and then work with the creative to execute the perfect design!
How the "wrap-up process" works
If the buyer DECLINES the proofs, you will receive a note asking for changes and tweaks. Remember that you will not be able to submit new proofs until the previous proofs are declined. Once the buyer receives the final files, they can DECLINE or ACCEPT them. If the final files need further work, the buyer will decline them and explain what needs to be changed.
Any restrictions on requesting changes and "tweaks"? No.
You can DECLINE as many times as you want
