City of Portland web design contest.
"Design our website. We'll give you credit."

The City of Portland has announced an upcoming design contest for the redesign of their PortlandOnline website. Rules haven't been posted yet, but it appears like "payment" to the winning designer is a link from the site (credit).

WANTED - Web developers, graphic artists and visionaries to transform the navigation and design of PortlandOnline, the city’s primary web presence. Starting the week of July 19th until September 1st, we’ll be accepting submissions for new graphics and layouts for PortlandOnline. All persons who live and work in Portland are eligible to participate. Winners will be fully credited on the website for their work – a website that receives over two million visits a month and includes over 140,000 pages.

Rules and entry criteria will be posted "the week of July 19th".
